In this video clip, we can hear a military officer complain in the background that only state radio-TV (CRTV) is allowed then stepping in to arrest BBC reporter, Randy Joe Sa’ah, and seize his equipment in the middle of a press conference outside the Military Tribunal in Yaounde. It is a new crime in the Republic of Cameroon. It is the crime of reporting while not being CRTV.
