Cameroon’s 2017 Budget for BSC | AMB “regions”.

Comment:
So I don’t understand may be I am wrong; looking at Cameroon’s Budget for 2017. Of the 4373.8 billion budgeted for 2017 and a total of 1586.8 Billion budget for Public Investments in Cameroon; only a meager  85.77 Billion is budgeted for North West and South West Regions Combined amounting to 5.4% of the total Public Investment Budget for 2017.  You can see detailed re-partitioning of the Public Investment Budget of these two regions in the attached PDF files.
